Due to the prevailing global pandemic, some lead times may exceed the stated duration, particularly for non-stocked and special order items. ANTICIPATED LEAD TIMES FOR OUT-OF-STOCK ITEMS

For items currently not in stock, our product pages provide the estimated number of business days (Mon – Fri) it typically takes our suppliers to deliver the item(s) to our distribution hub under normal conditions after being ordered.
Estimated lead times indicate the minimum business days before we anticipate the item to be available for sale from our supplier. It's crucial to note, especially given the ongoing global supply chain challenges affecting all industries, that the availability of some items may surpass the estimated lead time.
While we strive to ensure the accuracy of displayed lead times, they may change frequently and without prior notice. If you need a more precise lead time for an item, we recommend reaching out to our Customer Experience team via Live Chat or your usual contact method.
For items with a supplier lead-time exceeding 28 days, the lead time won't be displayed on the product page. Instead, a message will prompt you to contact us for a lead time.
FULLY IN-STOCK ORDERS

Web orders for fully in-stock products are dispatched the same day through a next-working-day delivery service if ordered before 5.30 pm Monday to Friday.
PARTIAL STOCK ORDERS

Web orders containing both stock and non-stock items are not partially shipped. If you wish to have your order partially shipped, please contact our Customer Experience Team. Note that additional shipping charges may apply.
